Construction Process
Tamed the green tiger!
The clay tile roof was leaking. The wooden board and batten center peak and dormers were rotting. The curved bump-out right of the center was termite damaged.
Power washing removed the algae and loose paint.
The new roof color enhances the patina on the copper rain spouts. Hardie board was installed on the dormers. Several windows were replaced. The footprint was enlarged and French doors were installed.
Maintenance- free PVC board and batten replaced all the rotted wood.
